System Support
We can support your Voip systems and existing IP PBX as long as it is based on trixbox®, Asterisk® or AstLinux.
An established VoIP system that is well designed and constructed should not normally need large amounts of support. However, when support is required we are happy to step in.
- We can provide support on an ad-hoc basis just when you need it or on a more routine basis.
 - Occasionally you may need help or reassurance with:
- IP PBX system monitoring
 - IP PBX system backup
 - IP Phones
 - Network upgrade and extension
 - Additional phone extensions or remote VoIP extensions for Home-Office workers.
 - Additional incoming phone lines or outgoing trunks, for example low cost VoIP trunks.
 - System backup
 - Use Amazon’s S3 geographically distributed storage for your backup files and call recordings.
 
 - We can frequently provide support via a secure remote connection into your system.
- This means that an on-site visit is not required and a faster turn around may be possible.
 - We can often rectify hardware problems with telephony cards.
 - Fix configuration issues with your trixbox® system.
