We are particularly focussed on promoting and supporting Voip communications based on Asterisk, including trixbox® and AstLinux.

Project Management

• At a project level we can:
  • assist with project management
  • suggest project collaboration tools such as Wiki’s, Support Ticket Request Tracking and Group Calendars. Provision and hosting is available if required.

Training

IP Phones and VoIP systems present office staff with a new set of challenges. Systems using VoIP do not function in an identical way to existing more conventional PBX phone systems. The power and flexibility of VoIP means that when a new VoIP system is introduced training will be required.

• We can provide training designed to meet the needs of each organisation.

  • training for office staff, faced with a new VoIP installation.
  • training for in-house company staff who need to provide their own first line support for VoIP phones and Asterisk servers.
• For support staff we can cover a variety of topics such as Linux / Centos installation and management. trixbox® configuration and management etc.
