- What is Quality of Service (QoS) and do I need it for my voip system?
- QoS is the term given to the process whereby your Voip communications get a higher priority than other internet (eg web, email) traffic leaving your network. QoS is absolutely necessary if you want to avoid the risk of your conversations with people outside your nework sounding ‘choppy’ or broken up?
